The AI.Weekend will take place from September 18 to 21 at the Old Tobacco Factory in Rovinj, located at Obala Vladimira Nazora 1, Rovinj.

The ticket includes access to all lectures, panels, and concerts during all three days of the festival.

The ticket does NOT include food and beverage consumption, travel arrangements, or hotel accommodations.

Pick up your festival wristbands at the Registration Office during working hours:
Thursday, September 18th: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Friday, September 19th: 10:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Saturday, September 20th: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

A special type of registration is available for journalists, photographers, and bloggers who are attending the Festival with the purpose of media coverage, including writing and distributing press releases or publishing content on their own channels.

Press accreditation requests must be submitted through our website. Please note that submitting the application form does not guarantee accreditation. Our team will inform you within 7 days of your submission whether your PRESS accreditation has been approved or not.

Participants of the AI.Weekend will be granted access to all other festivals within the Weekend Media Festival (Weekend.18, HR.Weekend, Finance.Weekend, Investment.Weekend, and Energy.Weekend), and vice versa.

All visitors of any of the festivals will be able to attend all lectures, workshops, panels, concerts, and side events throughout the three days of the festival.

Once the payment for the requested number of tickets has been made according to the proforma invoice, you will receive an email with a QR code. You will use this code to check in at our accreditation desk at the Festival.

If you do not receive the email with the QR code, please check your Promotions or Spam folders.

Refunds for tickets are not possible. However, if the festival is canceled by the organizer, all payments will be fully refunded.

VAT Charges for Foreign Nationals

VAT is calculated based on Article 21 of the VAT Act as the service is performed on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. According to the law, we are required to calculate and display VAT.
