There’s hardly anyone who hasn’t heard of Photomath, a widely popular educational app with over 400 million downloads, which was acquired by Google in 2023. And we are happy to announce that co-founder and former CEO of Photomath, Damir Sabol, is coming to the first ever AI Weekend. Sabol currently works as a director and software engineer at Google, but also co-founded Microblink, an R&D company focused on AI-based computer vision and data extraction software, and was the founder and CEO of Iskon, the first private internet service provider in Croatia and one of the country’s pioneering VC-backed companies.
With a degree in computer science engineering, AI has been at the core of Damir’s last two startups. He is passionate about building innovative digital products powered by state-of-the- art technology, always aiming to create something new, useful, and exciting!
